Kampala, Uganda - Something unexpected happened. A group of young ladies decided to protest against corruption in a unique way, by taking off their clothes. They wanted to show how bad corruption is in their country.

The protesters, mostly Gen-Z, marched towards the Parliament building, holding signs that said things like "Stop Corruption!" and "Be Accountable!" They were angry about a recent tragedy at the Kiteezi landfill, where many people died.

When they got close to Parliament, they took off their clothes and stood naked. This got everyone's attention! People walking by stopped and stared, and security personnel quickly came to arrest them.

The police took the protesters away, but not before they made their point. Human rights lawyer Eron Kiiza said, "These young people are showing us how bad corruption is in Uganda. It's like they're saying, 'Hey, look at us! We're naked, just like the corruption in our country!'"

Mr. Kiiza also asked, "Will the government finally listen and do something about corruption?" He thinks the police should focus on finding the corrupt people instead of bothering the protesters.

This protest was different from others, but it got people talking. Maybe now the government will listen and make some changes. The young people of Uganda are tired of corruption and want something to be done about it!

The protesters were brave and creative in their approach. They used their bodies to make a statement, showing that they have nothing to hide, unlike the corrupt officials who hide behind their power and wealth.

The government should take notice and act on the demands of the protesters. Corruption is a serious issue that affects everyone in Uganda, and it's time for change.

The young people of Uganda are leading the way, and others should follow. They're showing that they won't be silenced or ignored, and that they demand a better future for themselves and their country.

The protesters may have been arrested, but their message won't be silenced. They've sparked a conversation that needs to happen, and they've inspired others to join the fight against corruption.
