This happened after BigEyeUG posted pictures of Jazmine performing at Comedy Store UG, a popular weekly stand-up comedy show held at UMA Multi-Purpose Hall in Lugogo, Kampala.
Lydia Jazmine expressed her frustration on social media, saying,
"Dear @BigEyeUG, you have worked so hard over the years to tarnish my image, and I have never come out to respond to you! Now this is beyond even disrespect and body shaming! I’m going to take action now."
She alleged that the blog collaborates with individuals who edit her pictures to portray her negatively, a practice she claims has persisted for years.

Jazmine has asked BigEyeUG to refrain from posting her content moving forward and invited her fans, whom she affectionately calls "LJ addicts," to verify her authentic images on her personal page. This incident has reignited discussions about digital manipulation in celebrity culture, echoing sentiments shared by actress Jennifer Lawrence, who criticized Photoshop for promoting unrealistic beauty standards.
Some fans supported Jazmine, while others, encouraged her to focus on her music and ignore the negativity. Lydia Jazmine's impact on Ugandan music is undeniable, known for hits like "You and Me," "Kindekere". Her journey is a testament to talent, determination, and the transformative power of music.
