In a heartfelt message to his fans, Chameleone expressed his gratitude for the outpouring of love, prayers, and well-wishes during his hospital stay.
The musician has been battling acute pancreatitis, a condition reportedly linked to excessive alcohol consumption. Doctors have warned Chameleone about the risks of not addressing his drinking habits. Chameleone was recently admitted to Nakasero Hospital and is undergoing treatment before doctors recommended advanced care abroad.

Chameleone made special mention of his friend Juliet Zawedde, who accompanied him to the United States for further treatment, sacrificing her holiday in the process. "To everyone who has stood by me, I thank you," Chameleone said, adding that he will return stronger and better, God willing.
