The South Africa-based Ugandan socialite and businesswoman, Zari Hassan, has expressed her extreme disappointment and frustration with Uganda Airlines, citing aging aircraft, sub food quality, and a significant decline in customer care.

Kampala, Uganda -  In a detailed statement shared on Zari's social media platforms, She revealed how a sudden change in flight schedules disrupted her carefully planned end-of-month commitments, including crucial administrative and business meetings. She claimed that the changes were made without notice and no alternative options were provided to passengers.

Zari, a frequent flyer and loyal supporter of Uganda Airlines, expressed concern over the safety and comfort of passengers due to the use of aging aircraft, particularly on routes to South Africa. She also rubbished the quality of food served, stating it falls below expected standards.

"The overall service has gone from 100 to zero since the beginning of this year," Zari stated. "As customers, we deserve better value for our money, especially when entrusting our travel experience to a national airline like Uganda Airlines."
