GOSSIP: Geofrey Lutaaya Denies dating Faridah Nakazibwe - Calls this False Information.

Band Singer and Politician Geofrey Lutaaya has strongly denied claims of being romantically involved with media personality Faridah Nakazibwe and asked whoever is spreading such the false information to stop it immediately.

Kampala, Uganda - For over a week in the previous month, via different  social media platforms especially TikTok, there has been word about Faridah Nakazibwe and Geofrey Lutaaya dating.

Lutaaya, who is married to the fellow singer Irene Namatovu, says he initially thought it was just random jokes created by TikTokers for content and hence decided to ignore it but recently it has become a serious false.

However, the rumors have continued spreading and now have even made out some debates online.

Kakuuto County Member of Parliament Lutaaya also claims, he has received numerous calls from people questioning him about the related matter that goes viral on different social media platforms.

Through a video, he has asked whoever has been spreading rumors to respectfully stop or risk further action from him because it is ruining the dignities of all the people mentioned in what he refers to as “cheap talk content” 

Some people have been spreading rumors, adding my photos with Faridah Nakazibwe’s. Initially, we thought it was just simple talk from TikTokers and we ignored it but it has now gone beyond. It has now even created debates.

Let’s stop joking, please. You’re talking about two respectable people with families. We are being called by different people who may not understand that you are just joking.

We kindly ask that you desist from this talk because I am a brand, Nakazibwe is a brand, and Irene (Namatovu) is a brand. So if you now make this a big deal, I won’t just look on. If it goes beyond that, I will respond in a very harsh way. Please stay away from this cheap talk.
